5 Great Things To Do In Cornwall At Christmas.

In no particular order….

1- Walk on the beach

Wrap up warm, blow away those cobwebs and enjoy the winter scenery from any of the numerous beaches around the Cornish coast. Chances are you could find one all to yourselves too. Check out The Cornish Coast- Beach guide for dogs and their owners to find out where you can give your dog the opportunity to enjoy a run on the beach with you.

2- Take part in a Treasure Trail

Finding it hard to please the whole family? Why not try a Treasure Trail? Explore the county with a range of trails that will mean the adults can enjoy the scenery and perhaps a bit of history, while the children can race to see who can find the clues the fastest. Race around the trail or take your time and stop for lunch- its your choice.

 3- Stay in the warm

Play games, watch films or sleep off all the over-indulgences; we all enjoy a snuggle on the sofa.

4- Burn off the calories with a cycle ride along the camel trail.

Walk it or cycle it, see how far you get along the 17 mile traffic free track from Bodmin to Padstow.

5- Boxing Day Dip

Hold your breath as you brave the icy December water in a Boxing Day charity swim at various locations throughout the county, with Charlestown being one of the most well known.
